i would be off this mental wheel of trying/wanting

of scarcity

of lacking

of always having some need that needs to be fulfilled...

there is no end to this...

i let go of all my

games

baubles

trinkets

rewards

aims

goals

distractions

all of "my" road

my thinking

i do not want this...

I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING!!!

what i am

where i am going

what i am doing

what i am here for

i do not know the way to You

i do not know the way to Heaven

i do not know what will make me happy

i completely give up

i sit

and wait

to be told

and now

the Presence can

fill me

now

am i free

to

it

the child's unknowing

is filled

with the Father's

off the wheel

there is another world

i am here

to be the Light

of "not trying"

having giving up "my" plan,

God is

how to sew

my Mother taught me how to sow

there's nothing wrong with me

i can sew a button on a shirt

patch a knee

and hem a skirt

i can change things in my life

take them up

shorten them

or lengthen them

add a button

strengthen a connection

or open a zipper

and let something that is not working

slide away

i can let deception

roll off the table

on to the floor

and watch it disappear

down the alley

there's nothing wrong with me

i can speak

i can communicate

i can sit in stillness and ask

the Holy Spirit/my Own Wisdom

for the Truth

i am the bridge

from one corner of my mind

to the other

i can bring the two sides together

holding each other's hand

and see

that the little child's unknowing

is filled with the Father's wisdom

there is nothing wrong with me

though i may sometimes

lay on the ground

and see only a worm's eye view

the memory of my wings

remains

always

to unfold

at my request...

what your spouse is saying

while you are watching the game on tv

or cooking dinner

or focusing

on anything else?

as we walk the world

with our little game plan...

this is the resurrection

this is the proof

the path is joyful

joy is the absence of all fear

all denial

all obstacles

think of a highway

all covered

with blockades

the easiest

most attractive

most natural

quickest

most effortless path

would be to

move through

the space

free of obstacles

so identical

is the path

of joy

in our mind

and heart

it is the open space

that draws us

we are lead by Joy

by openness

by defenselessness

any other thoughts

are blocks

Joy is our destination
