Who is She
I spend quality time with Her
in silence
simply being with Her
enjoying Her Presence
letting Her speak
and reveal Her Wonder and Beauty
we give Heaven back to ourself
who would we be without the capacity
to hurt ourself
attack
to believe the lies?
when we investigate the lies
the capacity disipates
it is no longer possible to believe
the stressful thoughts
thoughts are just thoughts--
wild crazy guesses about reality....
