to tell us

...our conclusion
that we are a body,
our way of thinking
is
futile
we welcome
value
appreciate
the smoke signals!
sadness is a powerful messenger
she is here to
turn our head
she is not "bad"
she is not something to get rid of
she is not nothing
she is
helpful
only gratitude
is due
a sunny sky/clarity
is not possible
where thinking is confused
clouds, like an empty gas tank signal,
assist us to make immediate correction
that love may be ours now
