from within

all of us

right now

are resonating

amplifying joy

simply turn off

all the other channels

and feel it....

feelings

feelings are so helpful

if we listen to them

instead of judge them

or resist them

they are our truth

if we start feeling fat, it's lovely....

it's the truth that you really want to eat less

or move more...

it's telling you exactly what you want

feeling good

feeling joy

is so lovely

it's a compass

a magnet

that forever pulls us

towards perfect happiness

if we feel lonely

we bring our attention to it,

instead of trying to runaway

or distract

or stuff

or medicate

or cover up

we go right up to it

and ask

is it true?

can i be absolutely certain

i am lonely?

and having come home to myself now

looking right in the mirror

the answer is no

i am here with me

i am amazing joy

i am freedom

i am defenselessness which i love more than anything in the world!!!

and knowing/remembering this truth

experiencing my true Self once more

i am feeling lonely no more

but

joyous

secure

and overflowing

with the emptiness and freedom that comes

with the end

of judgement

all feelings are helpful...

opening to heaven!

when your mind is open

it is you

you only see your belief

openness projects openness

(picture this tower with windows and the sunlight is streaming in and fresh air is everywhere

and you just feel so open and clear and there is not one thought anywhere in sight that even hints at something different. like a bird you are free to fly anywhere...the feeling of openness

extends outward forever into this clear blue sky....this is your identity....thoughts are free to come and go through these windows....they but float freely in this happy state of mind...

a friendly mind/belief sees the world is a very friendly place

Heaven blesses all it looks upon because it is healed

Heaven was given us

creation is,

continues

now

in this moment

are we born

God is now

the beginning is now

your origin remains

all power in heaven and in earth

this is the decision

you make now

to accept this as true

and experience freedom and joy

now

or

to deny this truth

and experience the illusion of imprisonment

right now!

good enough

who or what would i be

without the thought,

i am not good enough?

i would be overflowing with goodness!!!!!

just absolutely shining

i would be

exactly

what i am

wholly

and completely

without any attack upon it!

glory i us!

overflowing with grace

healed

and healing

completely released from denial, lies, deception....

and offering this truth

to all the world/thoughts!!!!

constant generation

thoughts simply come

there is nothing we have to do...

we can't stop thoughts from coming

we are

in spired

spirited from within

far deeper than the body

we are channels

in which thought flows (new word: flought :-)

through

exactly as we make no effort

to let oxygen in

nor do we try to hoard it

or grasp on to it

and never let it go.....(how crazy that sounds!@#)

it is done

for us

the nature of life/love

is flow

supply

abundance

this is the miracle of life/love

endless supply

creation

of which we do not originate

we simply live

in a constant generation of love

it is us

we are boundless!

we relax

and notice

it everywhere

the real miracle

the real miracle

the Love

that holds me

in Its Arms...

since time began

through all my dreams

tantrums

arguing

demanding

hallucinating

fantasizing

grasping

and deathly thoughts

of desperation...

the real miracle:

mirrar--to see

is that

none of it

ever occurred

held safely

in the Palm of Love's Hand

adored in every moment

which is Eternity

is the love

Only

pure Joy

will give you

a sane decision

Joy is my Father

my mama

my inheritance

can you see what i am made of?

what does Joy look like?

she moves very freely

almost floating

through every possibility

every situation

she can sit very still

beside you

or on your lap

she can massage

your tied up thoughts

she can peacefully wait

outside your door

when you are ready to come out

and play again

joy can be the shining star

in the darkest of your nights

that silently holds you

even when you don't know

she is there

she can look like a newborn infant

but she will also be there

with you

beside its grave

there is no place

no appearance

no moment

joy will not show herself to you

at your invitation

who would you listen to?

your joyfriend
