do you see the feast we are part of?

did  you see

the warmth, the heat, the light of the sun today?

did you really feel  it?

did you take in that you did absolutely nothing to be given it day in and day out?

that is is a CONSTANT GIFT WITHOUT ANY EFFORT ON  YOUR PART?

do you see it is your self portrait?

it is but a symbol of your infinite warmth, light, energy, joy, expansion, zest, brilliance, LOVE

that  you are

constantly

without any effort

and that there is nothing you can ever do to lessen it or change it in anyway?

do you see the tiny tender green blades of grass

coming up through the snow and mud and pavement

no matter what

without any effort on your part?

do you see your tenderness

your strength

your newness

the comforting rug you are in summer

for your thoughts to play on ?

do you see the beauty in the deep blue sky 

completely without your effort?

that is the deep endless beauty of you

forever and ever and ever 

do you see the totally honest bare white branches?

so strong

so straightforward,

just being bare white branches--exactly what they are

without anxiety

without denial

without pretending or attempting to be something else

do you see your honesty?

do you see the delicious resilience of the gorgeous yellow dandelions?

do you see that no matter how much poison we have used

it HAS HAD NO EFFECT 

on  Your Gorgeousness

on Your Life?

do you see that no murderous thoughts can ever have any effect on Love?

Today 

right now

there is nothing but a 

DELICIOUS FEAST

EVERYWHERE WE LOOK

it is the delicious feast that we ARE.

God/We are in everything we see

and it is very very delicious!!!!!

pain is a sign

 you are trying to disconnect yourself

 from reality

how painful would it be to try to pull your finger off?

that is exactly what we are attempting to do mentally

when we try to believe a separate thought from reality/God/Truth

mental suffering is a gift
