pain is proof of self deception (wb361)

we are lying to ourself

we are not being honest with ourself

we have judged/attacked ourself

and are DENYING IT

we are denying our own self hate

we are trying to cover it up and hide it

this is the cause of all our pain

 we put it on something else that looks like it's outside of us

so it looks like we have no control over it---

the illusion of being a victim

this is our wish

to be unfairly treated

acted out in our mind

OWN YOUR SELF HATRED

and you are free!

(this is the truth that sets you free)

Own that you are doing ALL to yourself

and now is all your power returned

All power in Heaven and earth is you!!!!

the role of victim is impossible

and then so is fear impossible

there is nothing to fear

because you are in charge

and can always choose differently

THE OPPOSITE OF PAIN IS HONESTY

i feel angry

i feel furious

i feel sad

i feel lonely

i feel frustrated and separate

YES!!!!! we do!!!

no more lying!

and Jesus is right here for us

in this moment

anger is a call for comfort

hidden anger is refusing to accept help

as long as we deny our hurt

the antidote remains untouched 

in the cupboard

today we end all our pain

by opening up to all our little secret fears

and allowing the antidote be given us.

there IS nothing to fear
