Formlessness

it is not form we seek

it is formlessness

we would transcend form

there is nothing form holds

we thirst for what is behind it 

underneath it

what does it mean?

what purpose does it serve?

why in the hell are we here and what are we doing?

it can not be simply to build up and tear down matter

there is no meaning in this

abstraction goes beyond form

feelings are abstract

feelings are eternal

feelings are infinite

feelings bounce  and shout and shine and transcend every cell and centimeter 

there is no distance that is too great for love to encompass

and what is love?

we have no words even 

to start

because it is something so big

so powerful

so beyond our fragmented perception

it must be Wholeness

so beyond

so beyond 

so way far beyond

any form we can imagine

we would 

go there

we would leave

the idea of this world/form

in our mind

and go instead

to a place of abstraction--

limitless

undefined

totally open 

to richness 

and depth

and vibrancy

something so 

different

so unworldly

that form never 

enters our mind

and in this formlessness

there are no boundaries

only

something

so gracious

the light has come

it is never form we seek

only formlessness can offer 

something totally different.

to exchange one form for another is no change at all....

happiness has no relationship to any form

we step back from form

 we let our grasp on it go

and open up to All that Is
