who hides under the bed
is LOVE
she is doing exactly what she needs to do
she is taking care of herself
listening to her call for safety
she doesn't judge
argue
or criticize
herself
she follows the simple directions
run
under
the
bed
stay there!
until
you
FEEL
like coming out!
she listens to no one else
no
matter
how much
they
coax
she hears
but
One Voice
she is doing
exactly
what she needs to do
in that moment
she is INNOCENT
and we love her dearly
whether she is sitting on our lap
or hiding in darkness
under the bed...
Dear God,
help us be as kind to ourselves,
our friends, our family,
as we are to our kitties :-)))
