all thoughts

and feelings

give me a place, a time, a forum
to listen, describe, express, explore

the wholeness, health of giving light to all
within me

teach me

no exceptions

please don't make rules about what's going on/happening inside me

teach me to look
whole heartedly

let me know

of not expressing 
what is here now

and will pass
if not blockaded,

told that something is NOT allowed to be
what it is

look at, feel, accept every tiny speck of it

that the innocence
may be seen at last
