the real world

beneath them (the clouds of guilt/fear) 
there is a world of light
whereon they cast no shadows (395)







defenselessness is purity....
... is light in which i see

everything laid down

we are literally weightless

now are we totally free

free of fear
free of guilt

free of loneliness
free of sickness
free of all attack

free of all those heavy defenses against the truth

arrogance
body identification
job identification
status identification
money identification
all forms of identification

nationality, gender, race

all concepts

all judgements apart from innocence

free of every little idea


any idea less than God
is a defense against the Truth
a denial of what it is



in defenselessness 
i just am
what i am

 and i did not create it

truth remains in you
radiant as a star
pure as light
innocent as love ( page?)

I have found writing to be very helpful in the process of practicing, experiencing, and living the ideas in the Course. In 2006 I started sharing inspiration from the Course with a friend. Now it is a joy to share it with everyone. In 2009, The Work of Byron Katie found me at a woman's group. The Work is a way to identify and question your stressfuI beliefs. I dove right in and in April 2013 became a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie. I work with people privately and offer online classes.
